    Just launched a brand new staging environment, fresh updated wordpress and only installable .zip for newest version of enfold – and as soon as the theme is in – can no longer access the backend of the site.

    Once the theme is removed, it works. I redownloaded newest version of file again just to see if maybe the download was corrupt, but that was not the case. Please help.

    Hi,

    I tried to use filezilla (and tried different settings) however it does not work, I’m getting this error:

    Status:	Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error:	Could not connect to server

    Please check.

    Thanks for that, but I’m getting the same problem as Nikko. I can’t connect to the site using a browser either.

    Hey Rikard and Nikko,

    I figured it out. I needed to increase memory limit in wp-config.php.

    Once I bumped it up, everything loaded and it’s all good.
