I encountered a serious issue while trying to publish or edit a new blog post in the backend. The editor displays the following error message: “Failed to initialize plugin: avia_builder_button.”
I used the F12 key to inspect the error and found that many files are missing, such as:
/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/css/avia-modal.min.css-5.6.6
/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/css/avia-custom-elements.min.css-5.6.6
/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-builder.min.js-5.6.6please check the image: https://i.postimg.cc/DZ0FWjjW/20230830143315.png
There are many files like this. Upon closer inspection of the file formats, I noticed that these files have a version number appended at the end, but the format is incorrect. This is preventing them from loading and resulting in a 404 error!
This issue is very critical. Please assist in resolving it!
P.S. I just created an admin account so you can login to check it!
August 30, 2023 at 9:23 am #1417515What I have done before the error occureed:
1. switched the PHP version from 7.4 to 8.1
2. upgrade the Nginx server from 1.20 to 1.22What I have tried to solve the problem but failed:
1: deleted the whole enfold file and reupload the newest package, FAILED(can’t solve)!
2: some setting in the Enfold Theme Options -> Performance, FAILED(can’t solve)!
3: Set PHP back to 7.4 and Nginx to 1.20, FAILED(can’t solve)!August 30, 2023 at 1:12 pm #1417562Hi moonswamp,
Where can we see the issue? I have checked the frontend and the backend of your website but I can’t seem to find where the issue appears.
Best regards,

September 1, 2023 at 1:38 pm #1417807Hi moonswamp,
I apologize for the delayed response.
Got some issues on my end, I have checked further on the issue and it seems the problem is caused by this plugin: WPJAM BASIC
It seems to prevent query string to be added on the end of the css/js files (examples in private content).
Just deactivate the plugin if you want to create or edit a new page, if you really need the plugin, then you will need to contact the plugin author to fix the issue.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 1, 2023 at 6:49 pm #1417848Thank you very much for your assistance; it indeed resolved the issue!
However, something very strange is: everything was working fine before I upgraded PHP and NGINX. After the upgrade, I encountered errors, and I’m not sure where the specific problem lies. I’ve reached out to the developer of the Wpjam plugin for assistance, but I haven’t received a response yet.
For now, I have to deactivate the plugin while using the editor and enable it again when not in use.
