    Thanks for that. We’re not sure what is causing this problem, but copying the content to a new product seems to be working as I wrote earlier. I know it might not be the best solution, but you might want to consider copying all the products to new ones. If that is not an option, then things still seem to be working even though the critical error occurs. I see that you have a lot of products so copying them all at the same time might not be good solution for now, but it could be done as they are updated. It takes less than a minute to copy the shortcodes to a new product.

    the problem is that we have linked to single product pages from our site, like there https://l-mobile.com/geschaeftsfelder/digitales-service-management/ – the button in the header “demo ansehen” –> if we create a new product all these links will not work anymore. And we got a lot of these links…

    also I tested your solution again – it does NOT work. Please create new product (no copy) and place product info element in advanced layout builder – and also a critical error occurs.

    I’m sorry for the delayed response.

    We cannot reproduce the issue on our test sites. It looks like you removed the staging site. Could you please replicate the issue on a staging site again and send us non-expiring admin login credentials so we can investigate further?

    please find attached in private data new link for loggin in. You do not need additional PW or other credentials. Please note: we are not able to provide staing sites which are more as 14 days usable. after this they will always delete themselves.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I created a new product, but I can’t see any problems saving or updating that. I edited an existing product as well, and that saves without any problems as well.

    yes this could be possible – please try now to activate YOAST. After that a critical error should appear while saving.

    there are some server migrations running at the moment. So there is no SSL available for that staging. Please call the link with http:// instead of https://

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply. Even though we haven’t been able to repoduce this, we’ve found a solution for your problem. The fix is added to your staging site so that you can verify it.

    If you need to add this fix to other sites before the next release of the theme, then please edit /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/product_snippets/product_snippet_tabs.php. On row 139 you will find this:

    if( function_exists( 'wc_clear_notices' ) )

    Please change that line to this instead:

    if( function_exists( 'wc_clear_notices' ) && WC()->session )
