Hey redstar1999,
What did you update? The theme or WordPress?
You might want to rewrite the theme via FTP with a fresh copy.
Best regards,
Victoria
Hi Victoria
Thanks. I updated Enfold using the backend.
Then did it again using FTP.
Neither worked.
Simon
Hi Simon,
Which WordPress and php are you running?
Do you have a backup?
Best regards,
Victoria
Hi Victoria
Latest WordPress and 7.3.
No back up – it was a simple holding site for a development project – but I have several other sites on Enfold and I’m concerned for the others – several are commercially active.

Hi Simon,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify.
Could you try to rename the plugin folder via FTP, in order to deactivate all plugins please? Also try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can see why the site is responding with a 500 error, or share error logs with us here.
Best regards,
Rikard
