Hi there,
I was wondering if you could help with advice on how to create a similar Form to this one:

Specifically, the Links I’d like to create are the ones that capture Attachments, Dropbox files or Google Drive files.
Once these have been submitted to us, is it possible for us to receive an email letting us know that someone has either placed a file in Dropbox or Google Drive, or a file has been attached to the email?
