Hi emin!
When you edit the accordion element there is an option to enable sorting. On top of this though you will need to add a tag to each toggle.

But, please, I strongly suggest that you also create a post type for FAQ, Team Member, and some few other shortcodes, just as you a post type for portfolio. In this way, your theme will be easier to use, especially for non programmersHi!
