Is there a way to create my own content elements? Like I want to make my own custom icon boxes and tabs… Can I do that? Can you point me to any docs that will help.

That is not possible with the builder unfortunately, if you want to make customisations to the existing elements we can help you out with minor CSS changes. If you want help with that then please post a link to where we can see the elements in question and what changes you would like to make.
