It seems that my website makes an AJAX request with the value of the search bar. This request is sent to the website database which only contents result in Dutch. Since the research is not validated, my translator plugin could not translate the search request. Therefore I’m contacting you guys, how could I validate the request before sending the request in order to translate the search query?

We are not really sure what you’re requesting or what you’re trying to do with the search results. Could you explain it a bit further?
Are you using a multilingual plugin like WPML or Polylang, and how do you save the search results in the database?
