    How do I create a support ticket? I’m just trying to get in contact with anyone. I have the same issue with Enfold “Importing didnt work!

    Can you please try ask your web hosting provider, to increase the memory limit to 256M?

    Hi,

    Ok, exactly where are you getting the error message? I tried changing one of your settings under Enfold–>General Styling and it worked as expected. Please try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times or try a different browser and/or machine to see if that helps.

    Well it says different things when I try to use Demo Data. It always says “Importing didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again, The script returned the following message:”

    Then, If it’s the first time trying to use that Demo I’ll then get: “Failed to import xxxxxxxxx.”
    If I’ve tried that Demo before I get: “Media “xxxxxx” already exists.”

    Please try to delete everything under posts/pages/media then try to do the import again to see if that works better.

    I deleted everything. I get the same message. “Importing didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”

    I have also reinstalled the theme, cleared the cache and tried in a different browser. Same problem. I’m trying to import Construction Demo. Please help. Thanks,

    Good afternoon, unfortunately my Hosting Package will not support this change. I have contacted their support and they told me there is not fix for this on my package. Is there a possibility of a refund so that I can go with a different site?

    Please contact themeforest for a refund or look for a different hosts because you should be able to change these php directives as you wish.
