CR (Carriage Return) in slider

I am using advanced layer-slider and want to put our address in a layer with text. However, it does not recognize a CR to start a new line of text. I have the following in the text box (with a CR at the end of each line):

Applied Telemetrics Inc
34 King St East, 12th floor
Toronto, Ontario
1-888-237-7077

It just continues the letters without recognizing the CR and wraps text based on the size of the text box only so it looks like this:

Applied Telemetrics Inc 34
King St East, 12th floor
Toronto, Ontario 1-888-237-
7077

FYI, without Word Wrap turned on, it is just one line of text with no CR’s. Any ideas?
