    Hi! Trying to get the countdown timer to work on this page but it doesn’t show. Any help is much appreciated.

    Yes, it it set to 3/1/2018.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. You are running an old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.7) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi,

    Do you mean the countdown which reads “159 of 180 Tickets Left!”? If so then it’s showing on my end. Please try to clear your browser cache and reload the page.

    No, that works fine. There’s supposed to be a date countdown (days, hours, minutes, seconds) above the “tickets” counter.

    Hi,
    There are a couple of plugins that are giving “display:none” on the page, perhaps there is a conflict.
    Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    I recreated the countdown and it’s working now. Between that and updating the theme, it works now. Thanks!
