    HI Team,

    I have try to upload the icons to theme but it shows error “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again” even I have gave 7 7 7 permission to server still error, even I try to upload manual still error I requested you to upload the zip to server as I need this immediately.

    Post Script : I am going to give an access of FTP also from where you can upload the zip file and also I am going to attach the zip too. You can find the attachment below.

    Hey Insyrge,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The font icon upload is not working properly because the PHP ZipArchive Extension is disabled in your server. Please ask your hosting provider to enable the extension.

    Hi Team,

    I have checked that already and I have uploaded the ZIP to the server as well as I uploaded a child theme so it means PHP ZipArchive Extension is not disable.

    Hi Manav,

    PHP ZipArchive Extension is still disabled.
    You can verify this if you go to LayerSlider then click on the three dots icon on the upper right portion of the page and click System Status, here’s the screenshot: https://imgur.com/p5ib76C or you can go to the link in private content, then find PHP ZipArchive Extension.
    You can enable it via cPanel or you can request assistance from your hosting provider.
