    Hi Enfold Team:
    I’m trying to upload a custom font and I’m getting the error “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”; I spoke with my host and ensured that zip is enabled. Help!

    I figured it out! there were ampersands in my svg file names. Once I renamed to all lowercase, no spaces, no special symbols the file uploaded fine. who knew!
