    Hi,

I can’t upload a custom font via the font import function.

I’m getting error: “Couldn’t Add the Font Because The Server Didn’t Respond”. Looking through previous similar issue I see that the “PHP ZipArchive Extension” needs to be enabled (it shows also disabled in Layerslider – Server status, but on c-panel Archive_Tar 1.4.14 and
Archive_Zip 0.1.2 is installed and enabled. Is there any other PHP zip mosule needed or what else might I be missing?

    Thanks,
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

I think that’s the only extension you need to enable.
Can you give us temporary admin access? so we can check further on the issue.
Just post the credentials in private content.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,
Thanks for the link to your site, as you said the Layerslider ▸ Server status says the PHP ZipArchive Extension is not enabled, I see that you are using PHP v8.0.28, I my cPanel this was also not enabled by default, to enable it please go to cPanel ▸ Select PHP Version
    Enfold_Support_2312.jpeg
then under PHP Extensions look for zip and check it
    Enfold_Support_2314.jpeg

    Best regards,
