    Iconfont Manager Error "Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond"

    Hello. I have the same issue as many of these people. I have generated a fontello set and I’m trying to upload it through
    Enfold Child>Import/Export>Iconfont Manager
    but I keep receiving the error “Couldn’t Add the Font Because The Server Didn’t Respond”

    This site is hosted by GoDaddy. Logins included below (privately).

    I just tested the FTP and it seemed to work. Let me know if you’re still having trouble with it.

    Hi,
    Your webhost doesn’t have PHP ZipArchive Extension enabled, please ask them to enable it and then try again.
    Also ask them to increase the:
    PHP Post Max Size
    PHP Max Upload Size
    to 20mb each, since you’ll be contacting them.
