I´m trying to upload a Fontello icon zip file via the Iconfont Manager Import/Export feature but I´m getting the following error message: “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”. Including admin credentials in private content field….

Sounds like you are missing the the PHPZip class, your host may have deactivated it (server configuration). You need to contact the host/server provider and ask them to activate the PHPZip class for you.Best regards,

Ok @Gardenvale, we would like to help, but we will need admin access.
Unfortunately this is not your thread so I would not recommend including your admin access in the Private Content area, as it will not be private.
