    HI, i have problem to upload tripadvisor.zip
    this site is not in my hosting provider, there are install in a server of my client.

    I just increased the memory limit, but dont work
    when Try to import into Iconfont Manager there are this error
    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond”

    I tried to upload manually (not zipped) but dont work

    Hi,

    I checked for the issue. Some hosting providers do not allow zip file support, please confirm this from your hosting provider. If the zip file is supported we need an error log or detailed error report from the server/host provider to further investigate this issue.

    Hi, there all all ok… zip support ok. Look at the directory tripadvisor was created.

    Apache 2.2.31
    PHP 5.3.29
    MySQL 5.5.50-cll

    We successfully uploaded the zip on our own installation. Please upgrade PHP to 5.5 or later versions.
