    Hi,

    I’m having much the same problem as a few other people regarding mailchimp integration.

    I keep getting the error: Could not connect to Mailchimp with this API Key. Please try again with a different key

    I have deactivated all plugins – no change
    I have updated the theme – no change
    I have created a new API key within mailchimp and still no change.

    What’s happened recently to cause this? I saw in another post from you guys with another customer that it was something to do with duplication in the htaccess files? Could this be the same for our site?

    Hi,

    We will try to do that (there are lots of queries lately and it might take some time to get back). I have tried the ftp but I get:
    Unauthorised access is not permitted.
    and
    Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
