    Hello!

    Mail chimp was working fine 2 days before.

    Yesterday I got this error while saving api “Could not connect to Mail chimp with this API Key. Please try again with a different key”. Please need help

    Hey primzy123,

    Please create a new mailchimp API key and add it to the theme options in Enfold > Newsletter

    If that don’t help A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Hi Vinay,

    I’ve created a new mail chimp API key and I added to theme, that fixed the problem for me.
    BTW I’ve tried this 2 days before but it didn’t work.
