Hi
I am experiencing several problems with my theme (enfold, v.3.4.7)
the site has been hacked several times and fixed. unfortunately now that I am moving it to a different ISP it looks like the theme is corrupted and they can not perform the site copy/moving
would be possible for any of you to help me?February 18, 2016 at 8:36 am #585229Hey paperaino,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

February 20, 2016 at 5:11 pm #586485Hey!
Have you tried switching to the default theme before moving the site? (if you don’t access to the dashboard you can do that by renaming wp-content/themes to themes2 or similar.

JosueFebruary 20, 2016 at 5:28 pm #586490Hi
you mean changing it into one of the standard ones?
and how would I get back to the enfold version?
thanks
February 20, 2016 at 5:51 pm #586495Yes, that way we could discard if the problem is linked to the theme, to go back to enfold you’d simply activate it again (no need to remove).
Best regards,
