Perhaps the reason of the problem is the following:
The site was created in a newly created directory “steffen-peschel.de/wp/”. After completion, the domain was redirected to this directory. In the database were “options / site url” and “options / home”, the entries “steffen-peschel.de/wp/” in “steffen-peschel.de” changed.
And the copyright has a link “steffen-peschel.de/wp/wp-admin”. Is there a connection? Must in the database, a further change be made? Or the change can be made in “footer.php”? If yes, which?
