    I ask for further support. Mike and the dev team helped me a lot. It was about displaying the copyright text below the featured images. You can take a look here:

    Everything had worked well. Now, however, a new problem has emerged.

    After deactivating the “Maintenance Mode”, the copyright text is missing under the featured images in the blog view.

    Under a single post the copyright text is still visible:

    I received a warning some time ago because the author was not mentioned directly under the featured image.

    That’s why I chose the Enfold Theme because it displays the copyright text under each featured image.

    I have no desire to receive a warning again! That’s why my kind request to find a solution asap.

    Thank you in advance,

    Best regards, Bernd

    Hey Bernd,
    I have taken a look at the issue and believe that we have a solution, I just need to get it checked out.
    Can you also include ftp access in the Private Content area, I thought we had that but I can’t find it now.
    Thanks for you patience

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hello Mike,
    Thanks for you answer. You find ftp credentials in Private Content.

    (BTW: the Next/Previous Post Nav sometimes displays the featured images in pills and sometimes in circles.)

    Best regards,
    Bernd

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    We modified the “avia_image_copyright” function inside the “avia-snippet-image-copyright.js” file a bit.

    $(document).ready(function() {
               $('.wp-post-image').avia_image_copyright();
    });

    We disabled the borlabs cache and theme’s css/js compression settings temporarily.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael,

    Thank you for your message. Does the advanced caching drop-in remain installed? And what happens now? Should / can I do anything?

    Best regards,
    Bernd

    Hi,

    Yes our cache is active and you do not need to do anything else, Ismael did it for you.

    Hello Basilis

    Ismael said:

    But both, borlabs cache and theme’s css/js compression is still disabled.

    A bit more Information what happens next would be nice, Or is an disabled cache the final solution for the issue?

    Best regards,
    Bernd

    Hi Bernd,

    I have enabled both borlabs cache and the theme’s css/js compression.
    I just refreshed the javascript settings in borlabs and flushed out the cache and the copyright shows properly.
    Clearing browser cache might help if it still doesn’t show on your end, since the browser might still be fetching the old js file.

    Dear Team,

    Unfortunately, the copyright text is not displayed again :-( That why i set my page to maintenanve mode. Again…
    If I had known in advance how many issues this feature would make, I would not have bought the Enfold theme. I am very disappointed. Not from your support, that’s great. But I have been dealing with this problem for over 100 (!) Hours.

    And I have not dealt with the other issues yet.

    Back to the issue: I have no idea why the copyright text suddenly is not displayed again. On my localhost is all right with the same page.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, it seems the script was not loading, so I added the script to your child theme functions.php so that your customizations will stay in effect after the next update. Just to ensure you don’t have to deal with this again.
    I tested your site with the maintenance mode off to ensure it worked, and then turned the maintenance mode back on. When you check please clear your site & browser cache well.
    Sorry for the interruption, thanks for using Enfold.

    Best regards,
    Mike
