Copy over the Enfold Theme from Production to DEV environment.

Hi,
We are going to put together a new Development WordPress web server, where our dev team will be doing changes in development mode and once those changes are accepted, they will move to Production.
When building the DEV server, we need to copy over the Enfold Theme from Production to DEV environment.
My Question: Do we need a new License for DEV, OR, the same license we have will work?
Please note that both DEV and Prod are for the Same domain (i.e. dev.namtek.ca) and namtek.ca
