I upgraded the theme and now the notices stopped working.
1- I have at the bottom the “we use cookies notice”, but there are no buttons anymore, the notice stays there forever.
2- My contact form displays this: This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form. How to fix both?
Changing settings is not fixing the problem.
Thanks.
February 1, 2023 at 1:40 pm #1396218After some tests the buttons are showing now.
The contact form is still displaying: This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.
How to fix it?
Thanks.

The map shows this: Maps were disabled by the visitor on this site. Click to open the map in a new window.
I tested in another browser and it shows correct (at least for now)
Why as an admin I am getting the captcha and map errors?
February 2, 2023 at 3:46 am #1396313Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you set the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behavior to the third or fourth option? It’s possible that the captcha is disabled because the privacy cookies block the external services. If you want to load the services without user consent or without confirming the cookies, you can set the Default Cookie Behavior to the first or second option.

IsmaelFebruary 2, 2023 at 12:52 pm #1396378Hello Ismael.
1- Me as an admin (logged in): Captcha and map error
2- Anonymous user: It loads fine.So there is something happening when I am loged in to make the error happens.
What can the problem be?
Thank you.

Where can we check the issue? Please provide the site URL and account details in the private field, screenshots will also help.

IsmaelFebruary 3, 2023 at 9:09 am #1396513After changing again cookie settings and delete cookies and cache multiple times, it is all working fine as a logged in user and as anonymous. Solved!
Thank you.
