I have unchecked the cookies bar in the Theme options > Privacy and Cookies, but the bar still shows up on every page of my site. How do I get this turned off? And it also shows randomly either in the left corner or across the entire bottom. Each page varies. Also, I noticed since I had turned on and then off the cookies box – when I go to view a page I’m editing, it no longer lets me go back to edit from that page. It’s like the theme has an error and is shutting down somehow. Help?

I can’t see a cookie bar on your site, did you try to clear your browser cache and reload the page?

RikardHi Rikard. Maybe the cache was slow to clear. Because now that it’s been over 12 hours, I don’t see the cookie bar either.

Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
