Dear all,
We are facing more and more issues with some customers regarding the Cookie settings.
Currently the setting “Default Cookie Behaviour” does not apply to the page, so the necessary cookies are not set by default:

Yes, cache has been cleared several times. How can this be solved?
Thanks & best regards
EnricoMarch 10, 2020 at 9:45 am #1191747Hey enricobaumgart,
Thank you for the inquiry.
You should set the default cookie behavior to the first or the second option to enable cookies required by external services such as the map and videos. The third option will only enable the essential or basic cookies, which the theme requires to function correctly.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 10, 2020 at 10:42 am #1191762Sorry, but this is not working. The result of option 1/2/3 are the same. In each case, the essential cookies are not selected by default.
And if I choose the 3. option, I’d expect that the essential cookies are also selected by default, but they are not. We’re having this issue with several other customers as well. Cache has been cleared.
You could check by yourself in the backend. Credentials are provided in my first post.
Thanks, Enrico
March 12, 2020 at 12:54 am #1192450Hi,
Thank you for the update.
For some reason, changing the default cookie behavior settings has no effect in the frontend. Have you tried to deactivate the plugins to rule out any incompatibility issues? Is it alright if we deactivate them temporarily?
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 12, 2020 at 7:40 am #1192513Dear Ismael,
I found an incompatibility with NEX forms from Basix. When I deactivate this plugin, the cookie settings seems to be correct.
Do you see any chance if this incompatibility comes from the Enfold theme? Thanks, Enrico
