    Hi, we have a problem with the cookies. Users have to accept all cookies otherwise the Woocommerce cart cookie is not saved.
    I think this is solved with the 4.6.1 update, but I can’t get it. See: https://imgur.com/a/Os57KB

    I cannot install an Envato plugin, since I have the purchase code but it bought by someone else, so my Envato account was not used.

    How can I get upate 4.6.1?

    We also had problems with Mailchimp & Recaptcha, but those seem to have solved themselves somehow.

    Hey Elisabeth,

    Sorry for the problem, I’m not sure why the update is not showing in the backend of your site. How exactly did you update to 4.6? We can help you out with updating to 4.6.2 if you post FTP login details in private along with a verification that you have backups of the site.

    Thanks for that, the FTP details work, but they lead me to a folder which is empty and I can’t navigate away from it. Could you check the details of the account please?

    Also, did you double check the permissions of the token? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

    Sorry Rikard, I now see that the cp automatically adds a folder name behind /home/inzicht/public_html
    I made a new account, see private section.

    I can’t check the Envato token permissions, since I am not the one that bought the theme. I only received the puchase code. But I’ll contact the one that owns the Envato account, thanks.

    Hi There, we have exactly this problem with 4.6.3

    The visitors can´t save anything in the cart.. when you open the cart it is empty, if you haven´t accept all Cookies!

    PLEASE HELP!

    Crazy: If you change the cookie settings after that, eg Google Analytics allows and then saves and reloads, the shopping cart will work again, even if you ban Google Analytics again and save it and reload it, it still works ?!
