    Hi Kriesi-Team,
    when implementing the new cookie banners I came across the following: I implemented them with the “Modal Pop-Up Window”. The text for the settings refers to the GDPR – Site – with the shortcode: [av_privacy_link]. However, it cannot be visited without accept the Cookie-Buttons. So the user cannot inform himself before. Is there a way to access the data protection page e.g. open in an additional window – or as a preview without any Cookie?

    And I also have a question: in my implementation, both windows are now displayed – see below for link. Is there a way to turn off the little banner the first time the site load? So that it only open when I click on the lock-symbol / the badge?

    We are sorry for the late reply!

    I just checked your website and it seems like you have already figured it out? :)

    Modal window pops up on page load and after accepting, only lock icon remains for revisiting the settings :)

    I we have misunderstood you, please elaborate on the changes you would like to make and share screenshots. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)
