Hi,
I have been working on a website that has a high standard requirement for accessibility. Within this criteria I have been asked to provide more details on the necessary (essential) cookies.
Do you know how I get the names of the essential cookies, what they do and time duration they last so I can add this information to the Essential website cookies section? Many thanks
Best regards

Thank you for providing this link.
I am still looking for a little more information about the 2 essential cookies
Under the Essential Website Cookies button
Check to enable permanent hiding of the message bar and refuse all cookies if you do not opt in. We need 2 cookies to store this setting. Otherwise you will be prompted again when opening a new browser window or a new tab.Do you know if I can find out how long these 2 essential cookies last?
Best regards
NickJune 27, 2024 at 5:30 am #1459812Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The essential cookies lasts for 365 days or a year. You can also check this in the browsers’ Developer Tools > Application > Cookies tab. Look for the Expires / Max-Age column.

IsmaelJuly 5, 2024 at 10:03 am #1461431Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your reply. This is a bit of a mystery.
After a day or so of digging around in both Chrome and Edge the Cookies have just shown up, I am not sure what caused this.
So now I can see what cookies that are being used.
However this is not consistent. In another browser I only get information for YouTube nothing about avia or WordPress.
I have now provided a more detail cookie report to the client and await there response.
Best regards
NickJuly 6, 2024 at 7:43 pm #1461498Hi,
Glad to hear that you are now seeing the cookies, I checked with Windows in Chrome, Firefox, & Edge and the cookies showed in all three after accepting them.
Please note that if you or your client is using a adblocker it is possible that the cookie button will not show, or will block the cookies completely, some browsers consider this a benefit, and if the user doesn’t click the buttoms the cookies will not be added. We will leave this open to hear back from you.Best regards,
