    Hi @kriesi,

    the cookie consent popup does not open. Instead of it there comes a warning:

    “Wir benötigen eine Lightbox, um das modale Popup anzuzeigen. Bitte aktiviere im Theme-Optionen-Tab die eingebauten Lightbox oder füge dien eigenes modales Fenster-Plugin hinzu.\n\nDu musst dieses Plugin in JavaScript mit Callback-Wrapper-Funktionen verbinden – siehe avia_cookie_consent_modal_callback in der Datei enfold \ js via-snippet-cookieconsent.js ”

    But under Enfold Theme Options > Lightbox Modal Window the option is enabled. (And: I have no additional other lightbox plugin installed, WP and Enfold are latest version)

    I don’t know, what to do…

    Thank you for the info.

    The error comes out even when we are not trying to access the privacy modal window. It also occurs on page load or when trying to access the dashboard. Did you modify the lightbox script? What happens when you deactivate the plugins temporarily?

    thanks for your answer. My answers and comments between your lines:

    The error does not occur when accessing the wp-login.php.

    No, certainly not.

    PS: I had to switch off the consent popup, because our client currently has an ad and is concerned that his visitors will now be put off by the error message.

    Hi,

    The error comes up on page load because the privacy modal window is set to open on page load. We disabled that option temporarily and set the privacy modal window to only open on click. Unfortunately, we are not yet sure why the error occurs. We will forward the thread to our channel.

    Hi Ismael,
    fyi: After updating from Enfold 4.9 to 4.9.2 now it opens on page load – don’t know, for whatever reason.

    Yes, looks like it is working correctly now including the button in the consent message bar, although we are still not sure what caused the error in the first place. Please feel free to open another thread if you encounter other issues or if you have any questions about the theme.
