I’m using enfold child theme (5.1.2), in Settings -> Privacy and Cookies -> Cookie Handling I’ve removed one button from cookie consent bar. It works well, but when settings get exported and imported, buttons get reset and removed button is visible again. Is it a bug or I am doing something incorrectly?

Which of the buttons are you trying to remove? Would you mind providing a screenshot? You can use imgur, savvyify or dropbox. We may need to access the dashboard as well. Please provide the login details in the private field. Thanks.

Here. I dont think you need my login details, its very easy to replicate. Just go to the settings (more details on where exactly in original post), delete one of the buttons, export settings, reimport and previously removed button will be there again.

Thank you for the screenshot.
We tested this on our end, but we are not able to reproduce the same issue. The removed button stays removed after uploading the exported theme settings. Do you save the theme options after removing the button and before exporting the settings? Just want to make sure that you are not forgetting to save the changes before the export.
