    i have updated the site to the latest version and i have the problem on 2 sites, that the cookie buttons are not visible.
    also changes in the modal part will not save correctly.

    Hey schnippel,

    Thanks for the login token. I saved the theme options, and that seems to have helped. Please check and verify on your end too.

    hi,

    i make some changes (delete google analytics in cookie bar) save it – same as before. i also tried to safe the theme options. does not work.

    any idea?
    where did you safe the theme options?

    in the meantime i also save theme options, but when i try to delete google analytics or made changes, these changes won´t appear and the cookie setting window in frontend is completely empty

    hi, see private data link. its not possible to delete the “verberge nur die Benachritigung” button and not possible to delete and change any things.
    the modal window is completely empty than.
    also on on other side. i make it with php 8.0. and the side is hosted by hosteurope.

    Thanks for that. I saved the theme options again, and that seems to have helped this time too. The modal is not populating content on my end, please check on your end too.

    yes it works, but when you delete e.g. google analytics or the “verberge nur die benachrichtigung” button, the box is empty again. any changes in the cookie settings will cause this error.

    please, can you try to delete google analytics cookie. than you will see, that it will not work.

    yes in my browser, too. but when i delete the “verberge nur die benachrichtung” button all buttons are gone again? of course when i save theme options they appear again but also the button i don´t want…. i´m sorry, but it doesn´t work correctly….

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I deleted that button, and everything seems to be working as it should on my end. Maybe there’s a problem with your local browser? You could try using a different one to see if that helps.

    hi, just want to say, that the solution was to swap the browser. i used the firefox with adblocker and it doesn´t work. in chrome it was fine. so problem solved. thanks
