    Hey OttoPf,
    Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the screenshot, the difference between “User must accept and must opt in, only essential cookies selected” and “Essential cookies are accepted on first page load, user must opt in” is that Essential cookies are accepted on first page and then the user is asked to opt-in, wherewith the other choice the user is asked to opt-in with the essential cookies selected.
