Converting website using Custom WordPress theme to Enfold theme

I have a client ( a very large company ) that has a website using a WordPress theme that was custom coded by a developer that the client has no ability to contact anymore. This is causing issues as we have no update path for the custom theme and no one wants to support it. The site is at least 5 years old.

I am proposing that we migrate/ change the website to the Enfold theme. It’s a large website with over 200 pages and a lot of images videos and content.
I just purchased a new license today from you guys and I will be setting it up on my development server to do the work while leaving the existing site in place. Most of it will be pretty straight forward , however I’m sure I will have questions for you guys as I go through this process.

1. The first basic question I have is regarding the content / post types this website has, See Screen shot of WordPress Dashboard Below from current site, as you can see aside from Posts, Pages, Portfolios, they have Market Sectors,Delivery Methods, Services, etc. that were created using the “Toolset Types Plugin” from Toolset.

So I wanted to get some feedback on using this plugin with the Enfold theme if there would be any issues or concerns

2. See link in private section for company page , scroll to bottom of page to the company executives and click on one and you will see how the bio/content displays in a popup box. Is there a way, a built in element we can use to do this with Enfold ?
