Convert Kit Email Form – Full Width Not Wrapping

Hey Team,

I’ve placed a simple 1 line email sign up box onto my page using a convert kit shortcode, however whatever I do, I cannot seem to have it displayed correctly and the form is displaying the input fields ontop of each other vertically opposed to next to each other horizontally.

I’ve tested the outputted form outside of the enfold site and seems to be ok, and ideas how I can force the form to be on one line?

My existing mailchimp form looks fine on 1 line,
