    Hi,

    I am since yesterday experiencing trouble with loading the content when I open my editor. The content in the different lay out elements simply wont load.

    Would you be able to help me take a look at what might be wrong?

    For example on this page:

    If you send me a proper email adress, I can make a temporary admin user for you to look at it. If this is how you usually do it? Or how do we do?

    Thank you in advance. I have never experienced this before, and really dont know how to solve it.

    Hey idaandersenlang,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi Ida,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I believe you have changed from .dk to .com and the reason why it’s not showing properly in the backend is that the source is pointing https://www.idaandersenlang.dk/ instead of https://www.idaandersenlang.com/ which results to some error.
    You modify this manually as what I have done in your resources page or you can try to use some search and replace plugins for it.

    Hi Nikko!

    OH, so that´s why. Yes I had actually been wondering if it could give me some trouble. So what you say is that I go and edit the urls for the individual pages or what? Or do I need to change the source url for each image?
    Can you cut it out very clear to me what it is I need to do,/what it is you have done? How do I edit it and where? Like step 1,2 3, … I dont know how to do this.
