    ——————- english version ——————-
    On my site, content is not displayed on the desktop in the frontend, although it is available in the backend. And in the mobile view, the content is partially available, but it overlaps with other content.

    This is the “Content generation” area on the start page (home). This is not being played out.
    Who can tell me why this is happening?

    Hey Alex,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The content of the home page seems to be displaying correctly on our end. Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue? You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot. Here are the steps to follow:

    1.) Visit the website of your chosen platform, such as Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox.
    2.) Locate the option to upload a file or an image.
    3.) Select the screenshot file from your computer or device and upload it to the platform.
    4.) After the upload is complete, you will be provided with a shareable link or an embed code.
    5.) Copy the link or code and include it in your message or response to provide us with the screenshot.

    Thank you for taking the time to share the screenshot. It will help us better understand the issue you’re facing and provide appropriate assistance.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Image “problem-mobile2”:
    The text “Content generation – Die richtigen Inhalte für Ihre Kunden UND Suchmaschinen” overlaps with the image on mobile. This dividing line is also not displayed in the backend.

    Image “problem-mobile”:
    The same problem with this image: The headline “Lokales SEO – Google Business und Branchenverzeichnisse” overlaps with the image on mobile. Here, too, there is a dividing line in the background that is not displayed in the backend.

    Image “end-desktop”:
    Although there is more content in the backend (content generation, contact form, etc.), the content is cut off here on the desktop. Further scrolling down is no longer possible. As if the page ends here.

    I have tried the view with Firefox (version 128.0.3), Chrome (version 127.0.6533.89) and Edge (version 127.0.2651.86) – the same result everywhere.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (6.0.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’ve created a test page for you, but I’m still not sure what the problem is. There seems to be a lot of unnessessary code in your content, for example:

    <div class="flex flex-grow flex-col max-w-full">
    <div class="min-h-[20px] text-message flex flex-col items-start gap-3 whitespace-pre-wrap break-words [.text-message+&]:mt-5 overflow-x-auto" data-message-author-role="assistant" data-message-id="821bbd8c-f3ee-4f69-b65e-c349985a79b9">
    <div class="markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light">
    <div class="flex flex-grow flex-col max-w-full">
    <div class="min-h-[20px] text-message flex flex-col items-start gap-3 whitespace-pre-wrap break-words [.text-message+&]:mt-5 overflow-x-auto" data-message-author-role="assistant" data-message-id="98b8b920-b04f-4729-bd3b-5f511c7e3210">
    <div class="markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light">

    That looks like Tailwind CSS classes. Did you copy your content from somewhere? If so then that content might be breaking the layout builder. What happens if you start over and copy only text? You might also want to copy the text to a basic text processor first as well, to get rid of anything that shouldn’t be there.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Yes, I copied the boxes, to be more precise: The colour section with all the content. Reason: To have a desktop version and 1 x for mobile. I have also clicked on the desktop version that it will not be displayed on mobile and on the mobile version that it will not be displayed on desktop. I have now undone all the steps and now it seems to be working again.

    I will now repeat the steps and pay close attention to whether and when the error occurs. I definitely need a desktop version and a mobile version, hence the effort regarding the different copies of the respective colour sections. I hope to give feedback tonight. Best regards

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, we’ll keep this thread open for you.

    Best regards,

    Ok, I got it right. I don’t know exactly what the problem was because I couldn’t repeat the error. What I noticed is that I had to give the jumppoints different names for desktop and mobile for it to work.

    Anyway, now it seems to work fine and I couldn’t find any other problems. Thanks for the support and best regards from Berlin. Alex
