    I am building out a new site for a client and for some reason the Content Tab element will not display correctly. Basically, it has zero styling. It just displays as text. Has anyone run into this issue before? Currently, I only have 2 plugins activated and deactivating them did not correct the issue. Is there anything in the theme settings that I possibly missed setting up? I am not seeing any types of errors in the developer tools console.

    Just like all of the other elements, setting up the content tabs seems pretty straightforward so this issue seems a little weird.

    Hi Terry,

    You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) or any personal email, just make sure to post the login details here in private so that that it’s accessible to all moderators.

    Another interesting note, I added the tabs element on a completely different website and it renders that same as the one above. Is there something within the Enfold theme settings that I am failing to “turn on”?

    Back on May 23rd, I updated the token so that it was valid for a month. Is it possible to know where I am at in the queue? I logged this ticket 3 weeks ago. This issue is preventing the site from going live. Thanks.

    This case can be closed. Since the client is ready for the site to be live and I haven’t received an updates here, I had to implement a 3rd party tabs plugin so I could move forward. I am no longer using the Enfold tabs element on the site. I will be removing the temp login access.
