    I’ve been more than happy with your theme to date, purchased it from Envato Market. I am now running into issues with the page editor and making the live pages show the content I am updating on the website. I am running Enfold Version: 3.8.4 and WordPress 5.2.2. The page editor changed from Avia Layout Builder to Classic without me changing any settings, would like is to change back to Avia.

    On the “About Thomas G. Sampson M.D. (https://hiparthroscopy.net/about-thomas-g-sampson_md/)” page I created in the past, I can edit the page with new content, preview the page and it shows the correct content, but when I save/update the page in the editor screen all the content does not show up on the live page.

    Hey mattsmedia43,

    Enfold Version: 3.8.4 will not work properly with WordPress 5.2.2 and you need to be running php7. Please update php and the theme to the latest.

    Hi Victoria, Thanks for you quick response…

    My host (Network Solutions) is running PHP 7.0, so how do I go about updating the Enfold theme and the Enfold Child theme I currently have active? Is that something I do through you or Envato Market?

    Hi Victoria,

    I downloaded the latest version (4.6) of the Enfold theme from my ThemeForest account and tried to update via FTP. Followed the instructional video your website provides without luck, received “Fatal Error” messages. Had to revert to a backup file. Please help me install the latest version 4.6.

    Victoria,

    I can’t reproduce the error because I reverted to a backup file. But the “About Thomas G. Sampson M.D. (https://hiparthroscopy.net/about-thomas-g-sampson_md/)” page I created still does not show the content that I have created in the dashboard page editor.

    I enjoy trouble shooting problems just like you but I paid Envato Market for 6-months of support for the Enfold theme and I just need your company to help with installing the updated theme since I am unable to do so.

    If there are changes I need to make with my host, I can do that on my end.

    Hi Matt,

    We can help you out with updating but then we would need FTP login details as well, along with a verification that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong.

    Hello Rikard,

    I have Jetpack and I ran a manual backup. My host (Network Solutions) also take a snapshot of the site for an additional backup.

    Check the “Private Content” for FTP info.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thank you for updating the theme for me.

    The only thing I’ve come across is that the Logo Carousel is not showing the logo graphics. I’ve gone through and updated each of the logos to see if the issue would be corrected but it didn’t seem to do the job.

    The Logo Carousel is located on both the “Home” page and the ” About Thomas G. Sampson M.D.” page. The section on each page is called “MEDICAL SOCIETIES”

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for the update, that logo slider looks to be a third party plugin? Could you try to reach out to the developers of the plugins for help please? I inspected the code and it looks like the URL of the image is not being set at all.
