Dear Team,
After updating to the latest version of your theme today, my webpages seem not to load properly. I tried disabling all plugins, removing my custom css and functions, which still has not resolved the issue.
It seems to be affecting most pages, however some not.
Even when I create a new blank page there are issues (footer not loading elements in sidebar not fully loading e.g)
I also cannot see the top admin bar on my pages, even though I am logged in. On the backend, everything looks and works fine. What could be causing this problem?

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

January 14, 2020 at 3:35 pm #1173382I seem to be having the same issue. Within WordPress I am now only able to edit content using Blocks and Classic Editor shows blank fields. On some pages, even Blocks are blank. This is for both Visual and Text views. WP, all plugins, and the theme are on their most recent versions. What could be the problem?
Login info enclosed. You’ll see the first error on the Contact Us page (blocks only), and you’ll see completely missing content on /multiple-camera-production/
January 15, 2020 at 6:29 am #1173791Hi SilviaNT,
Thanks for that. I see that you are using a third party layout builder on the page in question, we can’t support any other layout builders other than our own unfortunately. Please try reaching out to the developers of the layout builder in question.
Best regards,

RikardJanuary 15, 2020 at 10:18 am #1173876I understand, however even the page created with avia page builder footer is missing and admin top bar also missing.
For now I will install a backup version as I cannot keep the website like that any longer. Perhaps this may be fixed through someone else’s support request.

January 15, 2020 at 1:20 pm #1173967Hi SilviaNT,
Thanks for the update, but this is not a general problem with the theme. It’s very likely that one of the third party layout builders or plugins you are using on your site is causing the problem. Like I wrote before, we can’t be responsible for third party layout builders as the theme comes with its own. I would recommend that you stick to the built in layout builder in Enfold as much as possible to avoid complications like these.
Best regards,

January 16, 2020 at 2:08 pm #1174955Hi,
I found the error line:
Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function handler_avia_widget_text(), 1 passed in /www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 288
Is there a possibility you might be able to fix that?

January 16, 2020 at 2:11 pm #1174961Hey,
Please try de-activating “so widgets bundle” plugin as it seems to be the culprit.
Cheers!
YigitJanuary 17, 2020 at 3:01 am #1175229Hi Yigit,
Unfourtuently I cannot do that since I use the plugin all over my site. Is there any other option?
