    Hi, I have a problem with a page. The content is displayed partially incorrect. Sometimes he goes across the entire width, sometimes just a different color in the background. Why is that?

    Hey saschahilke,

    I’m not sure how you would like it to look, in the Adventsveranstaltung 2013 – Dresden section for instance, could you try to add it to a 1/1 element instead to see if that helps? The same goes for the other section. If I’ve misunderstood you then please post screenshots highlighting the problems and how you would like for it to look instead.

    Hi Rikard,

    Because an error has to be. If I do it in a 1/1 element, the whole page looks wrong… The dark background makes it automatically somewhere. What makes this happen? Please check the site again.

    Please check the site now. We have set padding to the 1/1 grid element and changed the text color to white in the textbox options.

    Hi!

    This could be because you have different theme settings on your old site.

    Check the general layout settings in the old site and the new site and let us know if both of them are the same.

    NOTE: Importing theme settings from old site to new site will overwrite all the theme settings on your new site.

    Hi Vinay,

    Unfortunately, we do not have access to the old page. We only have subscriber rights. The admin does not give us the data. But why should it be due to Theme Settings? At other sites that also did not happen.. Once you do it in 1/1, the error is there and everything is broken.

    Hi!

    I checked the page and few of the elements are outside a color section. There’a a minor bug in the builder or a combination of elements that can break the layout of the page and in order to prevent this, make sure that all elements are inside a color section.
