For some reason, at the top of the linked page, I have a Color section, and inside it, a 1/3 column, and a 2/3 column with content inside (text, countdown, etc), but it does not appear. Also, the top header stays always transparent, even when scrolling.
January 5, 2021 at 4:18 am #1270301Hey AaronRezzonico,
Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 5, 2021 at 11:19 pm #1270482Unfortunately, the issue still persists with the plugin downloaded, and enabled as per your last message.
January 6, 2021 at 4:41 am #1270505Hi AaronRezzonico,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
It seems to be a caching issue, I have disabled CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression
Please review your site.
After a few days, try to enable those settings mentioned.Best regards,

NikkoJanuary 14, 2021 at 3:00 pm #1272412Apologies for bringing this up, but while this seems to have fixed the issue on the default page (Italian), it doesn’t seem to fix the English version.
