    Hi
    We are starting to have some serious problems on our website. Half part of content in the HOME section just disappeared. When we tried to redo it, it disappeared again. Now the problem also started on another page. Half of the content is just gone. It’s very frustrating and hours of work is lost.
    Could you help me out?

    Hey yogic_heart,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. The problem is likely due to open html markup just before it starts breaking, please try to check for anything like that.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. You could try to load an old revision if you want your old content back, there’s a risk that it will be lost anyway because of the open html markup. I checked your front page and I see some open markup:

    Thank you. Did you fix it or how can I change it so its working?

    We also have some problems that our contact forms are not sending the response to our emails. Do you know why this problem occurs?

    Thanks for the update. No I did not correct you markup, please try doing it yourself and let us know if it’s working as expected after that. We can look at your contact form once the first problem is solved.
