Hi
when I am in the site dashboard and go to pages to edit them, the page has no content.
“Edit page” is blank white, just with the button saying: DEFAULT EDIT
Can someone tell me what has gone wrong and what I can do to restore the content in the page editor.Thanks.
Michael

Look for Screen Options then make sure that the “Avia Layout Builder” option is ticked.

IsmaelDecember 13, 2013 at 7:18 pm #200043Hi Ismael
Thanks for your quick respond. The problem is only occurring on the Page “Frontpage” Edit.
But the “Screen Option” button on this page is no functioning either! so can’t change the setting.Regards

December 14, 2013 at 2:28 am #200125Hi again
The same issue, just occurred again on another page edit. It seems to happen right after integrating a Product Grid/product slider to the page.

December 14, 2013 at 8:38 pm #200269I have just had the same problem occur on my clients website.
I had just built the page and all was fine. Added the product grid and all was fine. I added a Special Heading and all seemed to be fine. Until I attempted to edit the page. Same issue as surfagency mentioned above…majority of the page is white with the “Default Edit” button as the only real option.
December 15, 2013 at 2:07 am #200296Hey!
Please try to increase the php memory limit: http://dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/
Deactivate all plugins then reload the page a few times.
Cheers!
IsmaelDecember 15, 2013 at 3:35 pm #200409No new plugins have been installed in months. The WP memory limit had already been increased to 128M. How high do you suggest it be increased to?
This website was formally using Replete 1.5 before I switched it to Enfold 2.4.2 (WordPress 3.7.1).
Thanks!
December 16, 2013 at 5:18 pm #200703Hey!
Have there been any updates to installed plugins? Has there been any changes server side? I generally beat my live install running Enfold to death every day but have yet to have this happen. I keep the memory lower than normal as well just to try and force any issues to the surface regularly as well.
Regards,
