I am having trouble with two pages. One page (Surgical Technologist Certificate) any changes to this page we lose all content between header and footer. Home page, any changes to pictures breaks links on the page. Text changes all content is lost between header and footer.
We are all up-to-date on versions for WP, Enfold, and Plugins.
I have tried turning off plugins and nothing changes. I saw on other blogs that increasing the memory limit could help I added the code to the wp-config.php and no luck.
We are having to rebuild the pages to make any changes.
Also we are having issues with the “save” button. We will attempt to save and it won’t save. If we rebuild the page then it saves for a while and then it breaks again. This happens mostly on the home page.I had a ticket in with WP they were tracking down an error for me that I was seeing in the Error logs. I’m not sure if these issues could be related or not. If you could assist me with this I would appreciate it.UPDATE THIS IS FIXED. But I still need assistance with the now, 4 pages we are unable to edit. We are desperate, as we need to make changes to the wording on those pages. and each day a new page doesn’t work.
I fixed the error I was getting by commenting out some code on class-wp-hook.php Things are still not working correctly. I have some new errors. We are not able to edit two pages without having to totally rebuild them. Any ideas?
I now have two pages that a change to graphic or banner is made, click on preview and the change is there but when clicking update changes are not reflected here.Hey!
That seems to be triggering a cron job.

I need assistance. Here are the issues:
1. Upon SAVE after page edit the entire page breaks (empty). (home page)
2. The TEMPLATE button has vanished – is no longer thereOur efforts include:

2. Reinstalling Enfold

UPDATE:
1. Upon SAVE NOTHING SAVES. (home page) REMOVING IMAGE FROM ICON BOX DOES NOT WORK.
2. The TEMPLATE button has vanished – is no longer there
3. TEMPLATE BUTTON has been restored.We did this:
1. Turning off plugins
2. Reinstalling Enfold
3. Increased Max Memory Limit, etc.
4. Flushed caches both site and multiple browsersPlease help.

We have tried on both our live site and sandbox. The issue still remains.

The site is using an old version of the theme, please update to version 3.8.4 which is compatible with WordPress 4.7.2. We also found an error from the WordPress SEO plugin when editing the page.

We shut down the SEO plugin completely. We FTP upload the latest theme.
Now the avia builder is below the enter text. Please see image link in private content.
Can you see anything else that I may be missing?

Anyway, I created a test page and the builder is working but it reverts back to the default editor after the update.

We have placed the site on staging. All plugins are off. The newest theme has been installed.
On the home page – there are three 1/3 with images that need to be removed. I remove them, but the save never keeps. The images all remain.
I don’t understand what is going on. Could you please look at the sandbox account?

I edited the home page, saved the layout as template (Home Page Template) and then applied it on a test page. This is all I got.

The entry is probably corrupted, I’m afraid that you can’t retrieve it unless you have a site backup. You might need to recreate the home page from scratch. Is this happening on every page or just this one? Please try to set the builder to debug mode.

After that, edit the page then check the shortcodes. Let us know if you can still see the complete shortcodes.
