    Hello,

    I am having trouble with Enfold and portfolio items (not sure whether the same problem concern pages or articles). I have worked on a portfolio item, saving every 5-10 minutes. When I was almost done (I just had to add the right categories), I hit save… and all of the content I had added had been erased, as well as some of preexisting content.

    Are you aware of such a problem? Also, where can I access to the previous saved drafts (as I can in pages, but in portfolio items there is no list of last versions)?

    Hi Fiorilla,

    I couldn’t see anything wrong with that post, what exactly are you trying to do when the problem happens? You should probably try to save a bit more often to be sure that nothing breaks.

    Actually, I was saving my work every 4-5 minutes. And then I lost one and a half our of already saved work..

    Just a question : why is there no access to previously saved versions for portfolio items, as it exists for pages?

    I gather I cannot retrieve the work I have done?

    You can activate revisions for Custom Post Types, like portfolio.
    Let us know if that works for you and yoru needs

    Hi Basilis,

    Thanks for the link. Apparently, you cannot save revisions for portfolio items through this plugin, only posts and pages. Could you confirm?

    Hi Vinay,

    I have installed this plugin and have tried it with portfolio items, and it does not save revisions. So basically my whole website is based on an item type that cannot be saved more than once… Do you have any other ideas? Since this is so unstable, I am worried to continue working on it as I do not want to loose any more work…

    Hey!

    I don’t think the plugin supports custom post types. It’s ok to update the content countless times. You really don’t have to worry about this but you have to be very careful with html tags. Did you add any html codes to the page? If you forget to close a single tag, it will erase all contents below that particular element.
