May 11, 2016 at 12:38 pm #630639Hey Ginger,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,

GingerMay 17, 2016 at 11:06 am #633622Hi,
I can’t open your website. Please check.
Sounds to me as there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:Best regards,

May 19, 2016 at 2:12 pm #635189Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyMay 23, 2016 at 5:58 am #636541Hi Andy,
I already deactivate it before after I found that making the website slowdown. I also try clear cache, restart, even check it from another pc. But is still showing the code instead of the text.

May 24, 2016 at 6:21 am #637268Hey!
I loaded the web site and I can see the team member images looking fine, I am afraid there is a cache issue.
Please do take a look for that.Regards,
BasilisMay 25, 2016 at 4:35 am #637848Hi Basilis,
I think that might not solve the problem very well. I clear all cache, reboot, deactivate/ delete unused plugins, none of that working. Even our colleagues that open website in Germany also see the code and there are more error in ‘exhibiting page’ here:
Please kindly suggest another way to solve this issues.

GingerMay 26, 2016 at 3:46 pm #638775Hi,
I checked link in private section, but cannot find the elements in question. Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

AndyMay 27, 2016 at 4:42 am #639066Hi Andy,
For the code, temporary way to fix it is I need to save template and reload it every time I press update so it’ll not show the code so sometimes you might not see it on the website. (but it’ll be showing again if press update for each page that have contact us section).
For the map, please find link in private content below.

GingerMay 27, 2016 at 5:31 pm #639410Hi,

which seems pretty fine for me. I can’t see any issue at all. Could you fix it?Best regards,
AndyMay 30, 2016 at 4:55 am #640093Hi Andy,
I fixed it already for the world map.
And the rest like I shared with you before, I find a temporary way. But if you log in and check the admin page it still have a code like this.I ask hosting company to check on this issue, somehow it working but it keep change back as the photos uphere.
May 30, 2016 at 10:33 am #640203Hi,
but if it’s working in your frontend, right?
Create a new (test-) page and rebuild those items. Check if the same thing is happening again. If yes then deactivate all plugins to check which one is causing this.

AndyJune 7, 2016 at 11:24 am #643958Hi,
I talked with hosting company yesterday and already find a solution for this problem.
After we use cloudflare for this website, it may causes incomplete cache static files while optimize or compile code.
So they suggested to create visual host for now and its work!Just FYI if anyone have the same problem as mine.
