Is there a way to make the content element “Blog Post” display a custom post type rather than just Blog post?

    Hi,

Yes, it is possible. Click the Blog Post element to configure the options, look for “Do you want to display blog posts?”, select “Display entries from a custom taxonomy”.

    Thank you for the reply.

I tried that but it seems to only do taxonomies that are in a blog post. I didn’t see the option to select my custom post type.

    Hi progenki,

How did you register your custom post type taxonomy? If it was with a plugin it may need to be written as a function though I’ve not dug into custom post types too much with the blog displays.

    Hi,

It displays taxonomies for all post types it just doesn’t list which cpt they are from but it lists them correctly. In first drop down just select the taxonomy and in the box below will be listed all the terms of that taxonomy. Then you select the terms you want.
