First my customer’s user discovered pages were blank when she open them. I created a new user to see if her user was corrupted (?) – same thing. Now the content isn’t visible for me either. Any suggestions on what’s going on and/or how to fix it?

YigitAugust 6, 2014 at 7:50 pm #300815We are also experiencing this same issue. The visual editor in the Avia Layout builder just shows HTML code in white text. In the Text tab, we can make edits, but we have to remove all extra spaces or it inserts <p> tags. The default editor seems to be OK.
http://blackhawknetwork.nkv5.com (pass: dev) is the staging site (both live and staging have the same issue). We are on V 2.4.4., but I am not clear exactly how to upgrade the theme to Version 2.9.1 which I did download today.
