Hi, after changing content like text in the enfold back end builder and saving the page, content blocks go missing. Basically only half the page shows up on front end, and in back end. Then reverting back to previous post history version, the content blocks are back but look empty. Saving the page will again lose the blocks.

    Hey liv2day_com,

Thanks for the login details. I tried adding a text block to the bottom of the page you linked to, but I can’t see anything going wrong. Could you provide us with step by step instructions on how to reproduce the problem you are having please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Hi Rikard, the video shows what happens. I’m not sure why it happens. If you go up on the page under the red sort of call to action, you’ll see this: . In case the image doesnt load: https://imagebin.ca/v/5gsprLlT6Ssg

    Hi,

Thanks for the clarification. Please activate debug mode so that we can create a test copy of the page for you: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can activate it for you if you give us permission to do so.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I deleted and recreated the problem text block, and everything is working as it should now. Please review your site.

Hi Rikard, thanks! The problem is that this is happening quite often, not just to 1 text block and on multiple websites. I’m trying to find out why this is happening in the first place and how to avoid it, any ideas?

    Hi Liv,

It’s likely due to open html markup, but I can’t say for sure unfortunately. You could try to keep as little content as possible in each text block to make it easier for you though. Like in your content; keep the header in one block, and the paragraph in a second one.

If you need further help on other site then please give us login details and point out where we can see the problem.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
